At DC Golds, we are committed to providing you with jewelries that you will cherish forever. However, if you are not completely happy with your purchase, we can offer you an exchange or a full refund. The pieces can be returned to us as long as they have not been broken, personalized, or made-to-measure order. They must be returned unworn in their original packaging with the tag on.

Here’s what you need to do

Step 1

Inform us within 21 days of delivery and obtain a Returns Authorization number. Alternatively, you can use the invoice/order number. You can do so by emailing

Step 2

Pack your purchase securely in its original packaging and enclose the Returns Authorization number or invoice/order number.

Step 3

Use the Royal Mail FEDEX, Brinks, DHL and other Special Delivery service to return your package to the following address.

You are solely responsible for the insurance and return postage of your order so we strongly recommend that you use a trackable service such as the Royal Mail, FEDEX, DHL and other Special Delivery.

Please note that we do not accept liability for returned goods if you do not return them to us via Royal Mail.

Step 4

You will receive a full refund including the original delivery charges. Unfortunately, we are unable to cover the cost of returns. The sales tax, import duties, and delivery charges for orders placed outside the Congo and France are non-refundable.

What if you miss the 21-days deadline?
